RIM owns BlackPad.com for the BlackBerry Tablet?
Earliest this month RIM, creators of BlackBerry, took control of the domain name BlackPad.com, obviously this is far from confirming anything, but it does lead one to believe that BlackPad is at least one of the names that RIM is considering for their soon to be launched BlackBerry tablet computer.
This will be yet another competitor in the tablet PC wars going on, going against the Apple iPad, Dell Streak and HP Slate to name the top ones.
Being a Canadian company, we are eagerly awaiting the release of the BlackBerry device to see how it measures up against the rest, specially the iPad.
