Chances are you know what an URL shortening service is, but in case you don’t, it’s the common practice of turning long website addresses into short ones. This practice started a long time ago, but was made popular by Twitter since they limit the amount of characters you can send in one update or tweet.

Well now you can make money by shortening your URLs, of course this advertising based. Basically you sign up for an Adf.ly account and use their service to shorten your URLs and when someone clicks one they are taken to an advertisement with an option to skip it.

You get paid for every person that clicks, current rates vary per country, in the US they pay $2.15 per 1000 clicks and in Canada it’s $2.97, check the rate here for your country.

Another great thing about this is that the minimum payout is $5.00 so you don’t have to wait too long to get your money.

  1. I really like the fresh perspective you did on the issue. Really was not expecting that when I started off studying. Your concepts were easy to understand that I wondered why I never looked at it before. Glad to know that there’s an individual out there that definitely understands what he’s discussing. Great job!

  2. Wow, 22 tips. That a great number. I’m so happy to know them all. Let me put them into practice. Thanks!
