Weekly 5 Posts for Web WorkersEvery week I come across through my RSS feed, Twitter, Facebook, E-mails and random surfing thousands of articles, some are great, some not so much, some are just quick tidbits of info, where others can be complete guides.

I would say each week I do find about a dozen really fabulous posts and from there I do the hard job of picking the five best to present the Deuce Group Weekly 5 for Web Workers.

Here are this weeks 5 must read posts for online workers:

1. A Visual to Illustrate Why I Use Newsletters to Promote My Posts (Oct 4th)

Even if you aren’t promoting posts, this illustration by Darren Rowse on ProBlogger will probably convince you of how useful and great a newsletter can be at promoting posts, websites, products, and more.

2. How to tell when a business is addicted to social media (Oct 4th)

Lauren Fisher on Simply Zesty explains how you can tell if a business is using social media effectively or if it’s just an addict doing it for the sake of doing it.

3. What If I Had $1,500 To Start My Blog (Oct 5th)

This is a great post on DailyBlogTips which was sparked by an e-mail from a reader asking for advice that turned into a must read post.

4. HOW TO: Win the Search Rank Race for Your Name (Sept 30th)

If you use your own name to freelance or do any sort of business than this is a must read article on Mashable by Sarah Kessler.

5. How to Finance Your Great Business Idea (Sept 30th)

Another great post from YoungPrePro by Onibalusi about how to get that much needed financing for your great business idea.
